KANNUKI : Unified Security & IoT

Intelligent access and IoT orchestration via Kannuki Manager.

Business Impact

Digitalize access to physical infrastructure by removing physical key management.

The challenge: transform physical access management into a seamless and secure digital experience. Kannuki isn't just a connected lock; it's a complete ecosystem powered by **Kannuki Manager**. We designed and developed a unified interface to orchestrate sophisticated access: from instant Bluetooth eKey distribution and biometric integration to a unique physical key box management module with real-time return tracking. The architecture, based on an open industrial standard and secured by AES 128-bit encryption, provides full traceability and predictive maintenance. Kannuki Manager now serves as a custom control tower capable of integrating with any business protocol.

Sumi Agro : Immersion TRIKA

B2B Immersive VR Experience in the heart of an Egyptian pyramid.

Business Result

Successful national rollout across all sales regions with dedicated VR hardware.

The challenge: make a complex insecticide product range tangible and memorable at a B2B agricultural trade show. No brochure, no slide deck — an experience. Solo production. We designed and built a complete VR journey set inside an Egyptian pyramid. Room by room, visitors discovered each effect of the TRIKA range at their own pace, ending in a synthesis chamber that unified the product's unique synergy. Blender for environment and asset creation, Unity for real-time interaction, Quest for deployment. The result: the experience worked so well that Sumi Agro purchased multiple headsets to equip every sales region — transforming a trade show activation into a long-term sales tool used across the country.

Ceva : Canine VR Prototype

Decoding behavioral signals through direct, embodied VR experience.

R&D Result

Delivered a functional proof of concept for real-time behavioral interaction for a global leader.

The challenge: help veterinary professionals and pet owners understand canine body language through direct, embodied experience rather than diagrams or video. Built in Unity with AI integration. We developed an interactive VR prototype where the user observes and interacts with a virtual dog, decoding behavioral signals in real time. Delivered as a functional proof of concept for one of Europe's leading animal health laboratories.

A personal proof of concept designed to demonstrate rapid, high-quality XR delivery. A fully immersive dojo environment featuring interactive weapons — swords, shurikens, bows — built and delivered at POC speed without compromising on the experience quality. The goal was simple: prove that from brief to working experience, the timeline doesn't have to be long.
